Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy Individuals having Mridu Koshtha with regular bowel movements and easy defecation with loosely formed stool often 2. Healthy Individuals having Madhyam Koshtha with regular bowel, well formed stool and satisfactory Defecation 3. Healthy Individuals having Krur Koshtha with irregular bowels and passing hard, dry stool often

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Healthy Individuals suffering from known Systemic Disorder influencing the bowel movements 2. Individuals undergone any surgical procedure in prior six months 3. Pregnant and Lactating Mothers

MeasureTime frame
To Estimate the Colon Transit Time in Three types of Koshtha according to different Prakriti in healthy individual.Timepoint: Evaluation at 4 hrs,12 hrs and 24 hrs after taking the radio pharmaceutical tablet.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To asses the association of demographic factors like gender,rutu with colon transit timeTimepoint: after completion of primary outcome & comparing the colon transit time results with gender, Ritu ( seasonal variation) in 8 weeks after schintigraphy study
