Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with complaints of Twakarsha such as pain, itching ,tenderness included in this study. Patient of the age group above 20 years below 60years. Patients who will be ready to give written consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from any severe systemic diseases like uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Tuberculosis etc will be excluded Patients who are sensitive to Xylocaine will be excluded. Patients suffering from HIV 1&2 and HbsAg will be excluded from the study Patients below 20years and above 60 years. Patients Unfit for Agnikarma Procedure like Pitta prakriti person, Antrashonia, bala, Vruddha etc.
