Intervention1: GROUP A (shoulder performance Kinesio taping along with conventional exercise): For deltoid: One I-strip on middle deltoid muscle from acromion process to deltoid tuberosity of humerus
taping is done but without giving the stretch to give a placebo effect to the participant. GROUP C (conventional exercises) Warm up exercises (5-8 mins) Arm

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants who are voluntarily willing to participate with written informed consent form. Age group of 20-29 years Recreational badminton players who play for at least 3 hours in a week at least for one year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any upper limb musculoskeletal injuries Skin allergy due to Kinesio tape Elite badminton players Any muscular strength training like gym or strength training.
