Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. both male and female soccer players will be recruited 2. age criteria 18 years to 25 years 3. participant should have at least 2 years playing experience 4.training for at least 5 days in a week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of musculoskeletal injury at least 6 months 2. fatigue index should not more than 15 watts/sec
