Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 30-70 years of either sex. Basti Yogya (fit for Basti). Fulfilling the Diagnostic criteria Those who have given written consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Basti ayogya (Not fit for Basti). Pregnant women and Lactating Mother. Patients who are Known case of advanced chronic illness like bronchial asthma, diabetes, any type of malignancy, chronic renal failure, acute illness like- CAV (Cardiac allograft vasculopathy), MI, severe hypertension and hormonal Imbalance. Patients not willing to sign informed written consent.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that at the end of the study we would be able to demonstrate the comparative suitability of conventional Enema Pot method and that of Electro Mechanical Basti Yantra in standard form. Timepoint: 12 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is further expected that this study would be able to provide conclusive inputs to assess the efficacy of the conventional Enema Pot method & that of Electro Mechanical Basti Yantra in standard form. Timepoint: 11 months
