Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Apparently healthy individual undergoing for vasantika vamana Patient aged between 18 to 40 years. Patients who are willing to give blood samples.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients contraindicated for vamana karma. K/C/O of Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus and other co morbidities Pregnant and lactating women. Any severe illness. Patients who are not willing to give blood samples. Patient with lactose intolerance
