Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who will admitted for surgical procedure at inpatients department of general surgery during the study period . 2. Patients of either sex with an age of 18 years and above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are not willing to participate or give written informed consent. 2. Pregnant and lactating females. 3. Patients who left against medical advice.
