Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of children with Adenoid Hypertrophy aged between 5-12 years of both gender attending OPD and IPD of Government Ayurveda College, Kannur

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with serious systemic diseases Children taking medicines for Asthma Children with Epistaxis Children with serious Psychiatric illness
