Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Fulfilling diagnostic criteria 2 Irrespective of Acute or Chronicity 3 Patients irrespective of caste gender occupation religion and socio economic status 4 patients willing to Participate and ready to sign the consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient suffering from endocrine and metabolic disorders and on respective medication 2 patients with known case of sexually transmitted diseases 3 Pregnant woman and lactating mothers 4 known case of neoplasm and infective diseases like HIV and Hepatitis B
