Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients suffering from Type 2 DM (Hb A1c- 6.5% or higher) at the time of screening. 2. Patients with random blood glucose 200 mg/dl and above. 3. Patients of age group 30-70 years. 4. Patients of both sexes and all religions. 5. Patients who are previously diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and are taking Oral Anti Glycemic Drugs. 6. Patient who gives their valid consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from Type 2 DM (Hb A1c --more than 10%) at the time of screening. 2. Patients with secondary complications of diabetes like nephropathy and retinopathy. 3. Patients who are taking insulin injections. 4. Patient unwilling to participate in the study. 5. Pregnant women and lactating mothers.
