Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gym goers of age 30-50 years of all sexes. Gym goers who go to gym for at least one year regularly. Gym goers who are willing to participate in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gym goers who go to gym less than one year regularly. Gym goers with history of hypertension and heart condition before joining gym. Gym goers with other systemic disorders. Gym goers with any type of psychological condition. Gym goers who are not willing to participate in the trial.
