Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Keyboard players with atleast 6 months of experience and practicing 2 3 times per week. 2.Candidates whose main instrument is the keyboard

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Professional keyboard players 2.Keyboard players with any musculoskeletal disorders, pain or surgery in the past 6 months.
