Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: seasonal allergic rhinitis mild to moderate bronchial asthma not on inhalers
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: cardiac, hepatic, renal disorder nasal polyps nasal or oral steroids last 1 month, severe bronchial asthma on inhalers, allergic to montelukast, fexofenadine and diethylcarbamazine

| Diethylcarbamazine 100 mg twice a day for 21 days along with Montelukast 10mg and fexofenadine 120mg combination for 14 days can reduce pharmacotherapy need in next 3 months This group patients will have more effective control of signs and symptoms copared to other group where only montelukast and fexofenadine was used.Timepoint: At the end of 6 weeks of starting therapy both groups will be assessed with Total nasal score with questionannire and diganostic nasal endoscopy to assess the response of therapy. | — |
