Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: only bowlers can participate clinical diagnosed with orthopedic doctor explained the problem of Rotator cuff tendinopathy VAS should be range from 2-8 out of 4 physical test 2 should be positive like full can test jobes test resisted external rotation test , Hawkins-kennedy test,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: no history of any shoulder surgery no recent fractures both hand dominance user no pathology within the joint or body no neurological condition around the neck , hand, elbow
