Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 21-60 years 2. Kidney stone size up to 10 mm as measured on USG 3. Radiographic USG evidence of the renal stone.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not willing for trial and follow up 2. Chronic Renal failure. 3. Acute abdominal pain. 4. Cases that require surgical intervention. 5. Gross Hematuria grater 50rbcHPF 6 Ashmari due to Gudagata vata 7 Kidney stone and Bladder Stone size more than 10 mm 8 Patients having Ureteric stone 9 Known cases of Malignancy and tuberculosis 10 Patients with HbA1C grater or equal 9 And Grade 3 hypertension SBP greater than or equal to 180mmHg and or DBP greater than or equal to 110mmHg 11 Known cases of HIV Human Immunodeficiency Virus VDRL Venereal Disease Research Laboratory and Hepatitis B positive
