Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: all stable preterm neonates born less than 32 weeks og gestational age
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Major congenital malformations including tracheosophageal fistula, oesophageal atresia, duodenal atresia. Severe Perinatal asphyxia Encephalopathy Neonates with absent or reversed end diastolic flow in antenatal ultrasound. Inborn errors of metabolism. Neonates who were severely sick /on mechanical ventilation/in shock. Storage disorders. Not willing for participation.
