Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants must be registered and licensed nurses 2. They have been working in Manipal Hospital for the past six months 3. They can speak, read and understand English 4. They have at least one child under the age of 5 years.

Exclusion criteria: They have an existing psychiatric condition
