Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed cases with Neurological disorders attending the outpatient department of Neurology. 2. Patients who are willing to participate and give written informed consent. 3. Patients aged 18 years and above of either sex.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are critically ill, uncooperative patients. 2. Post-surgical patients with neurological diseases/condition.
