Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than 30 yrs and less than 65 yrs. Patients uric acid conc. more than 7.0 mg/dl and more than 6.0 mg/dl in female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age more than 65 yrs. Patient having more than 50% joints involvement, having secreting tophus, with pregnancy , cancer and other life threatening diseases.
