Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: I. Patients aged between 5 to 19. II. Both sexes are included. III. Diagnostic criteria are based on Clinical signs and symptoms of URTI. IV. Improvement-criteria is based on Wisconsin upper respiratory symptom survey (wurss-21) V. Patient’s attendant given consent to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: I. Patient of age above 19 years. II. Severe or complicated course of URTI III. Signs of acute LRTI. IV. Patients unwilling for inclusion in the study and those who are not able to come for follow up

Each patient will be followed up every 7 days and final assessment will be done by using Wisconsin upper respiratory symptom survey (wurss-21) of pre and post treatment scoreTimepoint: 24weeks
