Intervention1: Mind Sound Resonance Technique(MSRT): patients will be rested in the supine position and the Relaxation technique MSRT will be directed 30 minutes, 3 days a week for two weeks. Control

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients are on oral antidiabetic medications patients who are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are on insulin injection therapy Patients who are not willing to participate in the study Women during pregnancy and lactation Patients with difficulty lying in the same position for more than 30 minutes. Psychiatric comorbidities:(Eg: Psychosis)

MeasureTime frame
Fasting blood glucose and Post Prandial blood glucoseTimepoint: The Mind Sound Resonance Technique will be practiced for 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, over 2 weeks. Fasting Blood Glucose and Postprandial Blood Glucose levels will be assessed before the study begins (baseline) and after the study is completed (end of 2 weeks) using venous blood samples (5ml) collected in a standard laboratory setting

MeasureTime frame
The DASS-21 comprises 21 questions divided into three subscales that evaluate symptoms of stress, anxiety, & depression. Respondents are asked to rate the extent to which they agree with the symptoms on a scale of 0 (did not apply to me at all) to 3 (used to me very much or most of the time)Timepoint: DASS-21 assessments will be conducted at baseline, before the start of the intervention, & after the study is completed (end of 2 weeks)
