Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18years to 80 years 2. All newly detected head and neck cancer patients with difficulty in eating 3. Patients who are willing to give consent for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who is not willing to give consent for the study 2. Patients with contraindications for nasogastric tube placement
