Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with presumptive symptoms of tuberculosis like cough with expectoration for more than 2 weeks or hemoptysis or weight loss or decreased appetite with Chest X-ray lesion like cavitary lesion or infiltration or consolidation or nodular opacities or miliary shadows who are Sputum smear AFB negative , induced sputum AFB negative and whose Bronchoalveolar lavage analysis is done for BAL CBNAAT, BAL AFB , post FOB Sputum AFB for routine diagnostic evaluation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient already on anti tubercular treatment for extra pulmonary tuberculosis 2. Pregnant & lactating females.
