Inclusion criteria: Anganwadi children of Mehsana City of Mehsana district 3 to 5 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with congenital anomalies eg heart defects such as missing or misshaped valves down syndrome neural tube defects Children with pre existing diseases eg Sickle cell disease hemophilia cerebral palsy cystic fibrosis diabetes epilepsy Autism PEM below minus 3 sd according to z score
