Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient age of 18 to 60 years of all sexes Patient diagnosed with WHO criteria for Sthaulya over weight BMI More than or equal to 30 or Waist Hips Ratio More than 1 in men and More than 0.85 in women Patient who are willing to participate in the trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who are not willing to participate in the trial Known case of diabetes severe hypertension cardio vascular disease hemiplegia COPD malignancies AIDS acquired immune deficiency syndrome who are on hormonal replacement therapy HRT and on steroids Patients with auto-immune disorders pregnant women known cases of psychiatric patients were excluded
