Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group :20 years to 60 years. Patients who meet DSM-IV diagnostic criteria for Insomnia. Both genders are included. Patients who are willing to give their consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Open wounds, burns or scalds on Ex8 & Ex9. Women during menstrual cycle, pregnancy and lactation. Current or past diagnosis of Alzheimer s disease or Parkinson s disease, Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and menopause, schizophrenia, obstructive sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome. Needle phobia.
