Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with BMI 23 to 39.9 kg m2, who don t practice exercise regularly. 2. Subjects who experience body pain after vyayama and with Defense and Veterans pain rating scale (DVPRS)equal to or greater than 03. 3. Subjects aged between 25 to 50 years irrespective of the gender occupation and socio-economic status. 4.Subjects who are fit for udvartana

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who are on regular analgesic medication. 2. Subjects with impaired mobility. 3. Subjects who are unfit for Vyayama. 4. Subjects who can t follow the instructions given

1. To study the effectiveness of udvartana in preventing pain given before vyayama on subjects with pain induced due to vyayama. 2. To study the effectiveness of udvartana in alleviating pain given after vyayama on subjects with pain induced due to vyayama. 3. To compare the effectiveness of udvartana given pre and post vyayama on subjects with pain induced due to vyayama in order to ascertain the best sequence. Timepoint: 5 DAYS
