Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who fulfill the diagnostic criteria for vishada/depression. Subjects irrespective of gender/religion/socioeconomic status. Subjects who are willing to give the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with other psychiatric disorders. Subjects with H/o neurogenic shock for simple prick or trauma or sight of blood. Subjects with skin infection at the place of puncture. Subjects with uncontrolled diabetes. 5.Pregnantwome
