Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the patients with benign or malignant lesions of glottis and subglotttic region, scheduled for direct laryngoscopy procedure under general anaesthesia are included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with known airway difficulty due to trauma and congenital abnormalities that compromise te airway. 2) Crritically ill patients in which airway assessment is difficult. 3) patients who do not give consent for the study.
