Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Paediatric population from 10years to 19years with acanthosis nigricans, obesity, diabetes mellitus type 2 will be included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sick children ,Age group less than 10 years,Underweight children with no acanthosis nigricans will not be included in the study

The primary outcome of the trial would be a significant reduction in the severity of Acanthosis Nigricans (AN), by using acanthosis nigricans scoring chart, and this extract will show improvements in skin appearance and texture which will be evaluated through clinical assessments.Timepoint: 3months—
