Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Physiotherapists who are currently practicing in a clinical or educational setting. Registered with the Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP) or equivalent. Physiotherapists who have participated in at least one CPD activity within the last two years. Physiotherapists willing to provide informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Physiotherapists who are retired or not currently engaged in practice. Physiotherapists who have not participated in any CPD activity within the last two years. Physiotherapists who decline to provide informed consent.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome measures of this study include: Factors influencing Continuing professional development selection: Assessed through a survey measuring the frequency and importance of factors such as cost, location, relevance, and facilitator reputation. Timepoint: 6-8weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary outcome will be calculated by questionnaire includimg Barriers to Continuing professional development participation: Measured by quantifying the prevalence of barriers like time constraints, financial limitations, & accessibility issues. Timepoint: 6-8weeks
