Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ayurveda college students of 18-30 years of age. Either sex both male and female. Students willing to participate. Students without any memory related disorders or other psychotic problems.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: B.A M.S. students of age group lesser than 18 and greater than 30 years of age. Students having any memory related disorders or other psychotic problems. Students not willing to participate.
