Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All the patients diagnosed as Sthaulya irrespective of sex and religion 2.Overweight Patients with BMI between 25-30 kg/m2 3.Patients aged between 20 to 50 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Overweight patient taking any Medicine for Obesity and other systemic disease. 2. Overweight due to any secondary causes. 3.Other systemic diseases which interfere with the course of trial. 4.Patient of Recent Abdominal Surgery. 5.Subject having Deviated Nasal Septum (DNS), nasal polyps, appendicitis, pharyngitis, hepatomegaly, acute abdomen. 6.Ante Natal Care (ANC) and Post Natal Care (PNC) patients. 7.Subject with severe cervical, thoracic, lumber,sacral vertebral disc abnormality. 8.Subject with Duodenal ulcer, Ascites, Hernia.
