Intervention1: Hyaluronic acid and Melatonin: Placement of Absorbable Gelatin sponge (AGS) soaked in mixture of 0.8% Hyaluronic acid gel and 3mg Melatonin followed by primary closure after extraction

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients requiring bilateral extraction of premolars and molars. 2. Patients belonging to the age category of 18-50 years. 3. Patients willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Impacted teeth/teeth requiring open extractions/Orthodontic extractions. 2. Patients with active infection requiring antibiotic therapy. 3. Patient who have known history of allergy to any materials used in the study. 4. Patients with Immunocompromised disorders. 5. Patients who are not willing to participate in the study or patients not willing to come for post-operative follow-up.
