Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly women aged 60 to 74 years who are residents of Mangaluru for at least a year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bed ridden elderly women who require care takers to perform their activities of daily living. 1. Old age homes 2. Transwomen 3. Deaf and mute individuals
