Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both male and female 2. Age -18-30 years 3. subjects with hemoglobin less than 13gm/dl for male and less than 12gm/dl for female 4. Anemia due to nutritional causes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with Congenital blood disorders 2. Anemia due to blood loss and helminthic infection 3. Subjects under medication for any systemic disorders like diabetes, hypertension, thyroid diseases, heart diseases, renal diseases and liver diseases . 4. Subjects with diseases like Cancer 5. Subjects with bone marrow disorders 6. Not willing to participate
