Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Study participants of age group between 23 to 45 years will be included irrespective of their gender, religion and socio-economic status. 2.Study participants working in the IT sector for a minimum of 2 years. 3.Study participants of IT Employees who have a Day-shift work schedule. 4.Study participants of IT Employees who work infront of computers/laptop for more than 6 hours per day. 5.Study participants who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Study participants diagnosed with systemic diseases like Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus, neurological disorders. 2.Study participants who are under medications like hypnotics, sedatives, sleep aids or tranquilizers etc., or under any Antipsychotic treatment, regular sleep therapy. 3.Study participants diagnosed with severe psychological illness, or experiencing chronic physical pain.
