Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of either sex aged between 20to60 years irrespective of caste religion socioeconomic and educational status will be included. Patients present with classical signs and symptoms of Gridhrasi. Patients with straight leg raising (SLR) test positive between 30 degree and 70 degree. Patient willing and able to participate in the study.Patient who had not participated in any research work since last six months will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with age group less than 20 years and more than 60 years will be excluded from the study. History of any fracture of vertebral joint 0r surgical or diagnostic intervention with reference to affected joints will be excluded. Gross disability in performing daily normal routine that is bedridden patient or confined to a wheelchair will be excluded. Patient with co-morbidities such as gouty arthritis or rheumatoid arthritis or psoriatic arthritis and tubercular arthritis or Potts Spine and Cauda equina syndrome will be excluded.Patients of Gridhrasi with uncontrolled hypertension that is systolic BP more than 140mmHg and diastolic BP more than 100mmHg and uncontrolled diabetes mellitus that is Fasting sugar more than 130gm per dl and Post meal sugar more than 200gm per dl will be excluded Patients having any neuropathy will be excluded. Patient with evidence of malignancy. Pregnant or lactating women. Patients in which Agnikarma is contraindicated and those who are contraindicated for sudation will be excluded.

To Evaluate the efficacy of Shefalika Patra Kwath along with Agnikarma particularly on the Gradations of Parameters score in the management of Gridhrasi w.s.r. to Sciatica in duration of 30 days. To Evaluate the efficacy of Panchmooli Kwath with Agnikarma particularly on the Gradations of Parameters score in the management of Gridhrasi w.s.r. to Sciatica in duration of 30 days. To compare the effect of Shefalika Patra Kwath with Agnikarma and Panchmooli Kwath with Agnikarma in the management of Gridhrasi w.s.r. to Sciatica, particularly on the Gradations of Parameters. To assess the effect on the VAS Scale & WOMAC Scale in Gridhrasi(Sciatica).Timepoint: 0th Day, 15th Day, 30th Day
