Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Bharatanatyam dancers with flexible flat feet 2. Age 18-25 3. BMI less than 24.9 kg/m2 4. Navicular Drop test (measuring more than 10mm) 5. Foot posture index (with scores 6-12) 6. Bharatanatyam experience of 2 years or more 7. practicing 5-6 hours per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lower extremity fracture or surgery or soft tissue injuries in the past 1 year 2. Any known congenital lower limb deformities 3. Any known neurological deficits 4. Any known cardiac or respiratory diseases 5. physical exercise or sports other than bharatanatyam
