Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 years and above. 2. Patients who are willing to provide informed consent for participation in the study. 3. Patients who are able to communicate in the local language (Manipuri), Hindi/English. 4. Patients who are clinically stable and do not require emergency care. 5. Follow-up patients who have been treated at Tata Memorial Hospital (TMH) and are in remission at the last physical follow-up. 6. Patients who have completed treatment and are now on follow-up but have symptoms requiring examination. 7. New patients 8. Patients seeking a second opinion
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are unable to communicate effectively in the local language/Hindi/English. 2.Patients with cognitive impairments that prevent them from understanding and following telemedicine instructions.
