Intervention1: Constant practice for dynamic balance: It is a week intervention with total 12 sessions- 3 sessions per week (alternate days) Control Intervention1: Variable practice on dynamic balance

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Grade 1-2 on Modified Hoehn and Yahr scale Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MOCA) scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients With Visual, Vestibular And Hearing Impairments Associated With Parkinson s Patients who have a history of recent surgeries/ injuries
