Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Participants who have been swimming since 1 month. 2)Participant who are swimmimg atleast 3 days in a week. 3)Participants who know how to dive. 4)Consent : those who are voluntary willing to participate with a informed signed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)If the participant had a shoulder injury in past 6 months. 2)If any previous cardiovascular or respiratory problems or other major chronic diseases that may have limitations for exercise. 3)Participant had any type of surgery or injury that may have resulted in an increased risk of exercise participation.
