Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 19-45years Gender:Female Recreational Runners Lateral thigh pain and knee pain Positive Ober s Test Able to understand hindi and English Willingness to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient outside the age bracket ( 19-45 years) Male Any history of vascular disease Any neurological,inflammatory and degenerative disorder Any history of tumor and carcinoma Ober s Test is negative
