Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy individuals without chronic illness or significant medical conditions. Participants who are willing to participate and accept to undertake all the procedures by signing the written consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Participants with chronic illness, bleeding disorders 2) Participants with cognitive impairments, psychiatric disorders, sleep disorders 3) Participants currently on medication or supplements affecting cognitive function or sleep 4) Participants with ear infection 5) Participants undergone hospitalization or surgery in the past 6 months 6) Participants with needle phobia 7) Known allergy to press needle or the adhesives 8) Participants in another clinical trial 9)Pregnancy and lactating women
