Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA physical status 1 and 2 2. Written and informed consent given by patient. 3. Patient scheduled for MRI under sedation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal for participation. 2. Known case of Type 1 diabetes mellitus. 3. Active vomiting 4. Inadequet NBM 5. Known allergy or contraindication to the intervention used.

Sedation levels, anxiety and parent separation and Post-procedure recovery time to ask oral intake, and discharge readiness will be evaluated against discharge criteria.The random blood sugar was also be assessed through the course of the procedure. Standard premedications and sedation will be administered, with intra procedure vitals monitoring.Timepoint: T1: Before giving intavenous sedation prior to shifting in MRI room T2 : After shifting to recovery room	—
