Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group - 18yrs - 70yrs. 2.Subjects with fissures/ cracks in heel will be included irrespective of sex, economic status and religion. 3.Subjects with signs and symptoms of Padadari as mentioned in classical & contemporary texts such as ruja (pain), dari (cracks), kandu (itching), rukshata (dryness), daha (burning sensation). 4.The depth of the dari should be less than or equal to 1.5mm. 5.Subjects must be capable of giving consent, willingness and ability to comply with scheduled visits, treatment plans and laboratory tests and other study procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with chronic systemic illnesses like uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus, hypertension, severe Anemia, Thalassemia, bleeding disorders, Cancerous conditions, HIV, HBsAg. 2.Conditions with infections, Cellulitis, Diabetic ulcers, Phlebitis, Liver diseases, Convulsive disorders, Paralysis, unconscious individual, pregnant woman.
