Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patient of age between 18 years to 65 years 2) patient who suffered from dengue fever in past 12 months 3) diagnostic criteria is based on clinical presentation and blood test finding 4)patient who are suffering from myalgia and arthralgia with history of dengue fever in the past 5) patient giving consent to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient of age below 18 years. 2) Patient suffering from- a) Acute fatty liver disease b) Chronic liver disease (hepatitis B, hepatitis C, Primary biliary cirrhosis, primary sclerosing cholangitis, symptomatic cholelithiasis, cholecystitis) c) Smoking/alcohol/drug addiction d) Dermatological diseases with itching e) Allergic/Drug reaction, f)Haemoglobinopathy/coagulation disorders. 3) Any other condition requiring emergency or surgical Intervention, 4) Patient unwilling for Inclusion in the study and those who are not able to come for follow up 5) Lactating and pregnant mother 6) Patients suffering from diseases such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout and other calcium deficient conditions.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
At the end of study, it is expected that homoeopathic medicines given have effective role in the management of patients who are suffering from arthralgia and myalgia resulting from dengue feverTimepoint: 4 weeks 8 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
If the results will be positive, a certain group of remedies can be observed which are frequently indicated in the cases of arthralgia and myalgia resulting from dengue fever. The study will determine if the quality of life can be improved by using homeopathic medicines in cases of arthralgia and myalgia resulting from dengue fever. Lastly the study will go into public domain and will be beneficial for public.Timepoint: 6 months
