Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young adults in the age group of 18-25. Young adults of any gender Young Adults with a minimum of 3 Adverse Childhood Experiences Young Adults with at least moderate psychological distress Young adults who possessed the ability to read and write in English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Young adults diagnosed with any major medical condition. Those who do not fall in the age category of 18-25 Those who do not consent to participate in the intervention

Reduction of psychological distress and interpersonal cognitive distortions.Timepoint: The level of psychological distress and interpersonal cognitive distortions will be assessed during pre-test, post-test and follow-up phase
