Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 10m Air Rifle Senior Shooters who are currently active in shooting sports.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any history of musculoskeletal, neurological, visual, vestibular or congenital disorder that might affect their ability to perform exercises or balance tests. Any history of dizziness and falls. Any sign/symptoms of severe neck disability or dysfunction, with pain or neural provocation. Shooters engaged in specialized training or workouts other than professional training for shooters.
