Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: primary unilateral osteoarthritis of knee 45 to 78 yrs age group both male and female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with complaints in one or more joint Polyarthritis Presence of rheumatoid arthritis or other systemic inflammatory arthropathies Knee arthroplasty surgery case Intraarticular corticosteroid injection into either knee within the previous 3 months
